Hands-on training on the original equipment
The training courses are conducted with the original vehicles and equipment in the respective customer configuration. The focus is on practical training and will be supported by modern training aids, simulation and adult learning methods.

The cooperative creation process of the curriculum based on a continuous involvement of the customer enables a target group-oriented definition of the training objectives, training level and pick-up points for an efficient training of the participants.
Service provided on-site
Mobile training teams conduct the trainings on-site at the customers´ premises. Direct arrangements with the KMW training manager and minimal travel expenses for the training participants ensure efficient training organization with implementation in infrastructure, which participants are familiar with.

KMW Customer Training primarily offers customer-oriented training programs for basic and advanced trainings of armed forces, which use KMW products. In some cases, training is also provided for collaborating companies.
KMW Customer Training is responsible for designing complete trainings and educational programs for driving-, operator- and maintenance personnel. The modular structure of the training programs and the conception of training strategies with the support from modern and innovative training equipment and simulators, as well as support with implementation of training simulators and training aids implementation, provide an individual system solution for TRAINING at KMW from a single source for the customer.
Along with a transparent conception process, in close cooperation with the customer, he instantly can influence the objectives, contents and level of the training during the development phase of the training program, resulting in an individual product aligned with its particular needs.
